Anyone ever heard of the Wirral, Liverpool in the UK?

I live on the Wirral and wonder how many more Yahoo answerers there are out there.

I do know the Wirral but I don't go there. I visit friends in Knotty Ash though. I was pleasantly surprised by Liverpool when I first visited. Great wide roads and shopping streets, the Albert Docks, the people.

yes - i was born there.... don't live there anymore, although i still visit family there once in a while!!
